Sleep Tight No Matter Your Age

Just as sleep is crucial to the health of adults, new research suggests tat lack of sleep may affect teens health(for u ppl who always stay up late playing games and so on)..i mean its ok to sleep late once awhile but not always..Researchers found tat healthy teens who slept 6.5 hours a night were 2.5 times more likely than those who slept longer to elevated blood pressure..it also revealed tat the systolic blood pressure of teens with 'LOW SLEEP EFFICIENCY"- a measure of sleep quality defined as "having trouble falling or staying saleep"-was, on average, four points higher than that of teens who slept well. And sleep-deprieved(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_deprived were 3.5 times more likely to have prehypertension(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prehypertension) or hypertension(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypertension). Although further studies is needed, researchers caution tat untreated hypertension can increase the risk of stroke and other cardiovascular diseases later in life.

Enjoy READING guys..i find it relevant to all of u cuz we as a student should consider to have enough sleep everyday thou you think tat u are still active at 12 midnight when your body is dying to have tat sleep!!so for those who play com games till early morning..do consider bout your health in the long run cuz its VITAL to take good care of ur health..
